Object discription:
This is a beautiful luxurious holiday house situated in a small and safe holiday resort and lies tucked away behind the dunes about 150 meters from the sea and river. The beach is wide, endless and the river is safe for kids and perfect for swimming. If you are a nudist, walk for 15 minutes and the beach is all yours.
Golf, tennis, and game parks are 15 minutes drive away with an abundant choice of day drives to large malaria free parks or beautiful historic cities like Grahamstown. The water sport haven of Port Alfred is an half hour drive and full of interesting shops, some large supermarkets and a variety of resturants.
The house is modern, and has a shelterd and private back garden with a warm outside shower. There is satelite tv, dvd, cd and mp3 facilities.
The blue kitchen has complete cooking facilities as wel as toaster, microwave, koffie machine, fridge/deepfreze, washing machine.
The are 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds. 2 bathrooms, one with shower and one with bath and shower.
The is enough linnen and the rent includes the cleaning afterwards.
The name "Sobuya" (we will return) is a paradise for sun lovers, birdwatchers and nature lovers. The locals are friendly and helpful and tourists are scarce.
The nearest airport(East London) is 50 minutes drive. |
