Mimosa is a fully modernised apartment on the seashore of Kotor Bay and a stone’s throw from the medieval city of Kotor. With its 2 double or twin rooms and 2 full bathrooms and a sofa bed, Mimosa can sleep up to 6 persons. The air conditioning / heater ensure that the temperature is cool in summer & warm in winter. Its large terrace overlooks the bay and Kotor city.
Just 5 metres away you can swim, fish, or boat on one of the world’s most beautiful bays and southern Europe’s deepest fjord: Kotor Bay, considered perfect for swimming with its calm waters and warm temperature. There is a tiny beach of a few metres in front of Mimosa and another slightly larger beach on park 100 metres from the house. Dotted around Kotor bay are numerous jetties which are used as platforms for entering the water. Boats trips and water sports can be accessed from Kotor waterfront.

Kotor town is a mere 700 metres from Mimosa. It is a fascinating city and, at 2000 years old, is considered one of the best preserved medieval cities in the world. Listed as a world natural and cultural heritage site by UNESCO it is also on the list of endangered world cultual heritige sites. With its myriad of narrow traffic-free cobbled streets it is both peaceful and lively.
