A WC. Spectacular views of the Med from the terrace. The stairs lead to the large roof terrace with sunloungers & parasol, panoramic views.
A fully fitted and equipped kitchen including dishwasher & microwave etc.with all the comforts of home.
Down the stairs to the lower floor, the master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom and patio doors which lead to a private terrace with views to the Med. There is a twin bedroom which also has patio doors to the terrace. An additional large room has a corner sofa with large flat screen TV & DVD. This room doubles as an extra bedroom with 2 single beds. A selection of childrens games are also provided.
The pools & gardens are a short stroll from the townhouse. The pool offers great views to the Med and is set in large beautifully landscaped gardens. You can also enjoy a game on the tennis and paddle courts.
You have a private parking area at the entrance to the townhouse.
