Conditions

1. A letting subscription contract is always concluded for 6 or 12 months.
2. A selling subscription contract is always concluded for 12 months.
3. Your internet advert will be posted as soon as we receive payment. The contract will take effect on the day that the advert goes online.
4. At the end of your subscription period you will receive a new bill for the next 6 or 12 months.
5. If you wish to end your subscription you have to let us know one month before the contract ends. You can do this by e-mail.
6.  When we don’t receive an e-mail to end the contract, we will assume that u wish to continue your subscription.

Liability

Worldwideholidayhouse takes no responsibility for mistakes or inaccuracies in the texts or pictures.
Worldwideholidayhouse takes no responsibility for damage and/or indirect damage to letting or selling party or renting or buying party.
Worldwideholidayhouse can not be held responsible in any way.

Parties advertising on our site are given the possibility to promote their own website. These sites will be examined when registered.  In case you find a website contains incorrect or inaccurate information we urge you to pass the link on to us by e-mail. We will immediately contact the webmaster of the website in question.
Worldwideholidayhouse reserves the right to refuse a site that doesn’t fit wordwideholidayhouse.com’s identity, or that could harm worldwideholiday.com’s moral interests or that could lead to depravity.
